What is NZCEL Level 4 (Academic)?

NZCEL Level 4 (Academic)

The New Zealand Certificate in English Language (Level 4) is an 18-week specialised English course that allows you to get an equivalent 6.0 Academic IELTS band certification for further studies in New Zealand, especially for those students interested in pursuing a Level 6 or 7 Diploma or degree within the country.

What are the benefits?

You do not have to wait to do the IELT, PTE or equivalent test anymore, because you now have the opportunity to do it in a short time and get an English Certificate that lasts forever.

How does it work?

Firstly, if you have not done the IELTS test or equivalent before or have not got a score of 5.5, with no band score lower than 5.0, you can book a test at TIA, and do an in-house entry test up to three times for free.

Secondly, you will study NZCEL (Level 4) for 18 weeks along with some of our qualified and experienced English professional teachers, who will teach you the skills required to achieve the NZCEL certification.

Finally, graduated students will receive an NZCEL National Certificate issued by NZQA that equals to a 6.0 Academic IELTS score or PTE Academic of 50, which paves the way for further studies across New Zealand.

Why at TIA?

Tasman is located right in the middle of the city centre. The prices of our courses are affordable, and most importantly, we deliver high-quality programmes.

Additionally, TIA has monthly intakes to assist you with your study plans.
